Case Luggage, a retailer of luxury and designer luggage brands including Tumi, Delsey, Brics, Kipling, and Samsonite, approached us following the relaunch of their website—a major Magento project. The relaunch had caused a severe drop in organic traffic, jeopardizing their revenue. With Christmas approaching, which accounted for 40% of their annual revenue, Case Luggage needed a quick turnaround.

Our approach began with a comprehensive technical audit to identify and rectify the issues affecting site performance. We implemented a series of complex onsite technical SEO changes, including redefining the site structure and revisiting the URL migration strategy. These measures were crucial in restoring rankings and traffic just in time for the holiday season.
