M&C Saatchi Performance approached us with the goal of improving their rankings for critical industry terms. At the time, they were ranking inconsistently and sought to stabilise and enhance their position in search results. They now have the largest non-branded visibility out of any Saatchi group website.

Leveraging our extensive experience with marketing and performance-focused brands in the SEO space, we took M&C Saatchi Performance through a comprehensive domain migration, ensuring minimal disruption to their existing rankings. We also conducted in-depth competitor research to identify opportunities and gaps in their market presence.

To bolster their online authority, we recommended the creation of new sections of the site, focused on topic authority building, and designed (inhouse) new landing page templates to improve user experience. This was complemented by the creation of new landing pages, tailored to capture targeted traffic more effectively.

Understanding the importance of data-driven decisions, we built custom dashboards for global reporting, enabling M&C Saatchi Performance to monitor their progress and performance in real-time across all regions. Additionally, we set up a support desk for website issues, allowing their global team to report problems and have them quickly rectified.

Our efforts resulted in a dramatic increase in their traffic cost per click equivalent by over 500%, with monthly figures now exceeding $50,000. Conversion rate optimization was also a key focus, driving more value from the increased traffic and improving overall user engagement.
